NVS AVM says information will be sent to attorney on record in 4-6 weeks ??

My guess was packet3 is sent is that correct ??

You better download packet 3 forms from this site and prepare in advance for sending out to consulate. That will save a month of your GC processing time. Also keep checking your packet 3 status every 4 - 5 days .

It means your attorney would recieve packet in approx 2-3 weeks from the date packet was generated (announced in the message) even though the message says 4-6 weeks. For packet generated date Jan 30, 2001 from the message, it was received on Feb 16.
