Does packet3 sent to Consulate have Spouse' name?

Hello,

I received packet3 (Employment based) today and it has only my name on the cover letter. While filing I-140, the lawyer did not fill out information about my spouse. I don't even know what I-140 looks like. My lawyer never asked me for any information and I when I asked her about filing I-140, sh told me that she had already filed it. Should my spouse's name be on the packet3 letter NVC sent? Anyway, I will have to put my spouse's name on OF169 and will have to fill OF230.

If you fill-in your wife's name on the I-140 then it should be there in the NVC's pkt. also.

But, you could still add your spouse's name when sending your pkt. 3. Just include her in your OF230 (I) and enclose your Marriage certificate along with it.
