I am opening this thread to make a consolidated info center for the people to get a statistics of the time that takes to get the green card thru the following way in CSC:
140 got cleared with AOS, Filed 824 to change AOS to CP, Waited for filing AC-140 with Mumbai and 824 got cleared hence need to go for normal CP. Any body who falls under this category can may submit their infos.
PD: Sept 21st, 2000
140 approved with AOS: Jan 3rd, 2001
Filed I-824 to change from AOS to CP: Jan 19th, 2001
I-824 receipt received date: Feb 5th, 2001
I-824 approved: Feb 15th, 2001
NVC received the file from INS:?
NVC generated the case number:?
NVC sent Packet III: ?
Packet III sent to consulate:?
Consulate send Packet IV:?
Interview date: ?
Waiting for the INS to send my file to NVC. May I know if any body has this information who has similar case like 824 way.
