Question about consular processing.. all the inputs would be highly appreciated.
The case is at Mumbay consulate after processing completed at NVC. Do we need to send Packet 3 to consulate or wait for the notification from Consulate ? The consulate say they only schedule interview after getting the Packet 3 returned. This form was requested by NVC and subsequently returned by lawyer. Anyone had a consular interview please offer your comments or experience.
