Hello,
Although I posted my packet 3 and it was entered into the chennai embassy system, I am one of those lucky ones whose packet 3 has been lost partly or completely ( Have been told that my biographic data is not on file).
I have faint hopes that the packet 3 might be recovered which might help me in getting an early interview date. So will they allow my brother to enquire about my case when he goes to hand deliver the packet 3? Can he ask them why my packet 3 is not on file? I have the fedex acknowledgement that it was delivered.
Although it might be inevitable, I hate the thought of having to wait another 70 - 80 days for the interview once it is delivered. The operator there is really not helpful and seems to take much joy in hanging up on me.
