Hi,
I entered USA as a landed immigrant of Canada. I had H1-B, but did not require any Visa. INS stamp on my passport states H1-B, and EAC number etc. etc. Since then, I have extended my H1B also. Will this ( lack of Visa) be a problem if I go for AC-140? Please help.
