CP Interview questions ..

Hello !

Are there any general questions one should be prepared to
answer during the CP interview (other than preparing the documents)?

For example : Why did you stay back in US after doing your
MS ?
What are we supposed to answer for this question ?

CP Interview questions ..

Though they can potentially ask you any questions. The standard set of questions seem to be the following ( Based on what I have seen so far).
1. How long have you worked for this company.
2. Show me your latest H1.
3. Show me the tax returns.
4. Is yours an E2/E3 case.
5. If you are married then your wife's details.
6. If you are single then "some facts" about you can still get married before entering the US etc,etc.

These are some of the standard questions. But this does not mean they cannot grill you anything else. Just carry all the documentation you can get your hands on related to your case & you will be fine.
