CP in Norway, Canada or Chennai/India. (Juarez ?)

My situation is kind of special since I am a citizen of
a Scandinavian country. My children are Norwegian by birth, while me and my wife are Indians by birth.

I am looking at filing in either Canada, Scandinavia or India or other parts of Europe (EU National) or Canada/?.
Since I will have to travel with the whole family for the interview, I am looking at the closest country ???

I do not know of anyone who has filed in Scandinavia, but know of one Scandinavian who had filed in India.

My guess is that Canada or UK would not be the best options, due to backlog !!! My best options could be India or one of Scandinavian countries, Amsterdam/?.

Since the children would have to take time off from school, I would prefer Canada or somewhere closer. How about Mexico ?

How much notice does one get for the CP Interview ?
Is it 1-2 months, which would mean that the children
would have to take time off from the school !

You most definitly need an Attorney consultation to determine your jurisdiction clearly. Otherwise you will end up in a muddle where different consulates may send you on a wild goose search.
