Wrong Info on the automated message at NVC

Hi,
The automated message at the NVC said that my case is current and papers have been sent to the Lawyer on file.
My PD : 12/99
Category: EB3

I called up NVC and spoke to a service rep....guess what....
THE AUTOMATED STATUS MESSAGE WAS WRONG!!!
....there is no such improvement in my case....

I have seen a couple of posts from EB3 guys mentioning similar status messages...Guys please double check with the NVC...
