Interview Scheduled in August PD not current

Hi Everyone

I got a letter from mumbai consulate that they have scheduled my interview on 30 August at Mumbai. The letter dated 15th June.

Can anyone please let me know if I should go to this interview or not as priority dates are not current. At present i am in USA.

apparently the consular interviews will go on as the numbers were assigned there already. unless you are updated by consulate do appear for interview.

IF you receive the letter from US consulate abroad, it's an confirmed appointment.

I got an email from the Mumbai consulate today and they have cancelled my interview for Aug 30th, saying that no more visas are available.

Please check with them.

I'm scheduled for Aug 30, 07 @ Mumbai too....

I got an email from the Mumbai consulate today and they have cancelled my interview for Aug 30th, saying that no more visas are available.

Please check with them.

I have an appt on Aug 30 '07 at Mumbai. Never received any cancellation email though and my BMB shows up on the Online Appt. Schedue at Mumbai Consulate.

Does you BMB number show up on the appointment Schedule?
