EB3 + I-824 + 09/99 PD Current ?
my I-824 got approved and I got
-New I-140 saying file transferred to NVC
-I-824 approval notice(I-797)
I-140 says Category 203 (b) (3) (a) (i) or (ii)
I-824 says "E12" and "original Immigration petition sent to DOS NVC"
NVC generated case# assuming EB2.
Who did the mistake of assuming my EB3 case as EB2
NVC or INS ?????
1.)Is that a mistake ???
2.)Should I send my Packet3 to Chennai ??????
( Case # is already generated )
3.) Will Chennai accept my Packet3 ???
