For submitting P3 to Chennai what documents I need to submit with it? Do I need to mail P3 forms or do I need to include past exprenience letters, birth certificate and other certificates?
Also, in labor and I 140 we mentioned that I worked in company x for 3 years but actually I worked there for 1 year and also the companies name was printed wrong. I realized that while I was filing I 140. At that point I told my lawyer to correct that but she says not to change this now beacuse changing that would create suspicions to INS.
We never submitted any past experience letter and it was never asked for it.
Now in the Background area field in P3 for last 10 years of experience what company and number of yrs worked I need to right? I have MS so filed in EB2 and I don't think my past experience was used to qualify for labor.
