consular processing and risk

i m new to consular processing and would like to know what are the risks involved in a CP not just for an employee but for the employer.

There are expenses involved in CP. If you are married and have kids for whom you will have to buy tickets , so add up this cost.
Apart from this all employers don't pay the consulate fees.
So add up this also about $325 minimum per person
Thirdly, other expenses like medical , and if don't have vacations , you may have to go without pay.

So these are the certain things , one need to look into.
