March Interviews for New Delhi ?

Does anyone got Interview dates for month of march from New Delhi consulate ? I requested them to reschedule my Interview ( dated Dec. 1, 2000) for the month of March. When I called consulate today ( 10th Jan) they say call after one month.

Can you please post Ph#s and any email_id of Delhi Consulate we can communicate ?
And also what is the prefered time time to call them.
