EB3 PD + New Law ???

Case1 : INDIA,EB2, PD-01/15/00 - Got GreenCard
Case2 : INDIA,EB3, PD-01/15/98 - Still Waiting

Anybody knows when EB3 PD's will move ???

What happened to the 130,000 GreenCards which INS said
in December Visa bulletin( released on Nov 15th ) ???

Any idea/reply from anybody will be help..

EB3 PD + New Law

The last published news was that DOS was informed by INS that there was a big demand
and so DOS has not taken any decisions . For u the best bet would be to re-apply in EB2 and
make use of the EB3 Prioirty Date ,
