Sumitting Packet 3 for spouse at later stage

Hello,

I am doing ACP at New Delhi. I submitted the packet 3 recently. I will be getting married soon. Does anyone have experience in submitting (adding) the packet 3 for the spouse at the later stage? The packet 3 I submitted didn't have the spouse name mentioned (because I am still not married). Is it possible to submit the packet 3 for the spouse once I get married and go for the interview together?
