    Is Copy of Imunization record acceptable

    Hi

    I have only a copy of the Immunization record,
    Is this acceptable at the place where we get the physical done in chennai Eg: Surima Medical center or
    Do they need original?

    Moreover I have recieved only MMR,DT,Varicella.
    The other vaccines are NOT for my age(31)I believe,
    Is this true?

    Could anyone on the board advice ?
