Increase In Fees ?

Hello Everyone, Is the increase in fees effective July 30th,2007 also going to increase the IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE ? Tks to all...

Tks, but the IMMIG. Visa APplication is a step AFTER teh I-130 , it's a different thing I heard that the IV is under DOS and it does not follow the increase announced for the USCIS. Anyone agree ?
