I applied for my married brother and his family(F4);
Priority Date: Jan 1996
In May 2006, I have paid $70.00 fee, submitted job letter and Affidavit Of
Support and later I also completed Agent form.
In 2006, July their daughter turned 21 years.
The Fee bill had everyone's name including the daughter.
$380.00 per member was paid, APPLICATION FOR
IMMIGRANT VISA AND ALIEN REGISTRATION (DS 230 Part I)
was submitted for all the family members in Nov 2006.
In Dec 2006, I (Petitioner/local agent) was notified by NVC indicating
that NVC completed its case processing and the file is forwarded to
Consulate General in Mumbai, India Office.
Question 1: Can the daughter granted Immigant Visa?
