Hi,
Just had few questions -
1)Can application for CP be made simultaneously with I140 or has to be done after 140 is cleared?
2)How much maximum time gap can i have between I140 approval and application of CP. Is there anything like expiration of 140 approval?
3)An employer in the US is ready to file for my GC. Due to some family obligations i cannnot enter US for 3 years from now.
In the meantime can i apply for labor ,140 and CP?
After I140 approval is there any stage where application can be delayed, or will i need to enter US at certain stage?
