I need help in question no.35 in part II at 4th page. who need to sign as a CONSULAR OFFICER in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Pls guide me.

DS-230 Part II #35 is sworn statement which you have to fill out in front of consular officer at US consulate. You do not have to write anything at this time as consular officer will help you.
