Waiting for Packet -3 (Biographic information packet) for CP case

My visa fee bill received at NVC on October 9th 2007, since October 15th when I try to get update for my case I go a voice message “NVC is waiting on return of biographical information from lawyer etc…” but my lawyer office doesn’t received any letter form NVC till November 5th.

Should I wait couple of more weeks or start contacting NVC?
