who signs the I824 beneficiary or sponsor?

Hi,

I have very basic question but could not find any details. I need to file I824 for my parents (beneficiary) and I am not sure if it is filed by me (sponsor) or by my parents.

I appreciate your help.
This site is great and is very helpful.

it is filed by you (sponsor) for them (beneficiaries)
