    Hi,

I AM A NURSE WHO ATTENDED MY INTERVIEW ON 18 JULY 2006 AT THE UK EMBASSY HERE IN LONDON FOR MY GREEN CARD APPLICATION. AT MY MEDICAL EXAMINATION THE DOCTOR REALISED MY SON HAD A MEDICAL PROBLEM HENCE HE WAS NOT MEDICALLY CLEARED THEREFORE THE CONSULAR OFFICER WOULD NOT ISSUE US OUR IMMIGRANT VISA UNTIL THE PROBLEM WAS SORTED OUT. THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED IN FEB 2007 AND WE THEREFORE SENT OUR PASSPORTS TO THE EMBASSY AS THEY HAD SAID WE SHOULD DO AS MY SON WAS NOW MEDICALLY
CLEARED. THE CONSULAR OFFICER REPLIED SAYING THAT THE SCHEDULE A VISAS HAD RETROGRESSED AND WE NOW UNDER EB3 CATEGORY AND WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY PRIORITY DATE TO BECOME CURRENT BEFORE I CAN RECEIVE MY VISA. MY PRIORITY DATE IS 18 JULY 2005. AND I BELIEVE I AM PRETTY CLOSE HOPEFULLY MY PRIORITY DATE WILL BE CURRENT IN THE JULY 2007 VISA BULLETIN. MY WORRY IS MY
POLICE CHECK WAS DONE ON 12 APRIL 2006 AND MEDICAL EXAMINATION ON 16 JULY 2006. HOW LONG ARE THESE VALID FOR AND DO I NEED TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER MEDICAL EXAM OR APPLY FOR A NEW POLICE CHECK IF MY PRIORITY DATE BECOMES CURRENT JULY 2007 FINGERS CROSSED. I WOULD BE

GRATEFUL IF REPLY TO MY PROBLEM ABOVE.
