Take the date that is current and see how many years until yours get there... add 1 or 2 years, give or take.

The National Visa Center is working in cases for July 2003. However, my sister is a F2A and her priority date is March 2004, and the NVC already contacted me asking for taxes, fees, and other forms; now we are waiting for the visa appoitment.
