Processing Times
Hello,
My I-485 is vinculated with my husband's I-140, both are in processing. The Lawyer lodged in the roles in July 30, 2007. TOday, I've looked the processing times and for I-140 is August 03,2007 and for I-485 is August 10,2007. I have this doubts:
1. When I received some mail?
2. My lawyer yesterday, said that didn't have any news.
3. Will I need to do a interview?
4. My syphillis exam was reactive because I have psoriasis, but I take the shot properly and the doctor annex the "receipt"(I fotgot the name) that I receive treatment. Is it some problem?
5. My status today is: On April 23, 2008, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done.
