I did work for Micron technology out of Boise for the last 4 years till recent. 2 months ago (may) i moved to a new product made by micron. job responsibilities did not change more than 10-15 %. This product has spun off into a new company and I relocated to san Jose (july)The spin off still has not happened (it will be on august 1) but i have relocated. The company is still partly owned by micron technology (~40 %). All my green card processing was done by Micron. All the paper work was completed by uscis and was sent to the consulate in Mumbai archives last year . Now my priority date is current and i have an interview date in August 20....
Please Advise. Could i go to the interview. Is it very risky. If i do how would i need to be answering questions
