Priority Date Current

My priority date is current (July06) according to the latest (Sept08) Visa Bulletin.

Does anyone know why does the automated NVC case inquiry (@603-334-0700) still says visa numbers not available for my case? It says visa numbers not available and then that NVC is processing applications which have priority date earlier than Aug06 (which should cover my application).

Any information on that would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

just wait and dont worry.
after a few weeks, if you still havent received any mail, contact the consulate. or you can also email the USCIS customer service.
i have a few times email them when i have questions, and generally, they reply to me back within a few days. they dont give out spesific answer, but they can give you some info about it.
