Urgent, How to get marriage certificate of my parents

Hello,

I have applied I-130 form for my father who is in India and I got ref letter regarding marriage certificate of my parents. They had marriage acc. to Hindu religion and didn't register at that time in 1973. How can I get their marriage certificate? Please help me. It is really urgent. Thanks.
