Returning DS-3032 - Use Petitioner's copy?

All,
I just received the Affidavit of Support (AOS) fee invoice in the mail and I made the payment online. I also received in the same mail packet a copy of the DS-3032 form with instructions (including address to mail the DS-3032) that I could send or fax a copy to the applicant (my wife) just in case she has not received her copy of the form. My question is this:
=> Can my wife complete and mail my copy of the DS-3032 without waiting to receive her DS-3032?

I was able to scan her a copy of my form ASAP. I can save time instead of her waiting to receive the form from NVC. She lives in Australia. Any thoughts, concerns or experience that you can share?

my wife, who is a us citizen applied for me for immigrant visa. recently she received DS 3032 form to be completed and returned by me. as i still did not receive this form she sent me via email. my question is regarding the returning address. the address is

31 Rochester Avenue; suite 200
Portsmouth, NH 03801

i can not figure out the address whether it is in UK or USA? as i live in UK and i know there is a place called Portsmouth, but the post code can not find the adject adress. please help me

hi sorry for replying late but it might help the nxt person who has the same question yes you can fax or e mail that form u can even get that form on the nvc website just have benefiacery sign it then u can even have them to fax it back to petitioner then petitioner can followed to nvc but remember its has to be legible to read.
