NVC processing steps for New Delhi Embassy

Hello,

Is there any one who is going through consular processing for I 130 for parents at new delhi. Actually I have applied for my parents who are supposed to go to New Delhi, India for interview. I am still waiting for their approval from USCIS. I have few questions:

1. After approval, do I need to submit original civil documents with DS 230 application?

2. DO I have to pay visa fees here in USA?

3. How long does it take to get approval of I 130 after ref from USCIS?

Yes the Originals( along with a set of photocopies )will be returnd to the beneficiary during the interview...

2. DO I have to pay visa fees here in USA?

You have to pay in US $ so it would be better if you pay in US....................

3. How long does it take to get approval of I 130 after ref from USCIS?


Usually it takes 1-3 months for the I-130 approval.
