Consular Processing or 485 which is better???

Hello all,

I am going to apply for I-140 now and attorney is asking for which route do we need to proceed Consular processing or I-485.

Suggest me which is good, how CP is differnt than I-485, what are the risk in go thru CP?

How much success case when compared to I-485.

There is no added benefit from CP at this point in time. It used to be quicker. Moreover, you do not get an EAD/AP for your spouse if it is CP.
