Consular processing thru Desi companies

Hello Immi gurus,

I'm working for one of the Indian based Consultancy firms here in the US. My 140 got approved last month. They had mentioned AOS in my 140.

I'm thinking of changing to CP (using 824 process) now and continue to work here in the US. What are the company related documentation that must be taken for the CP Interview in Chennai (India) whenever that happens?. Since there are lot of raids happening on these consultancy firms would i face any problems?

I know CP works like a charm for some good multi national companies but concerned about small consultancy firms.

I respect your opinion. Please suggest.
