CP priority date???

I am applying for GC in EB1A category. what is the PD for I-485 for this category. Is it better to go via the CP route. Is the PD current for CP and for chennai consulate

thanks a lot for your response. I read in the forum that at the current time it is better to go for I-485, I-140 concurrent filing than CP. Is this true?

It depends on individual choices and circumstances. AOS gives EADs for dependents and AP and also AC21 ability. CP lacks those.

I would like to know the time frame it takes for to get an interview at chennai consulate for an approved I-140 petition. I have tried searching around for this information and have not been able to find it
