Addition of Spouse name with Permanent address change.
Hello I am sending my passport along with my husband's passport for addition of spouse name to the SFO indian counsulate. I am preparing all the documents for the same. I have few queries.
1. Me and my husband both want to do the addition of spouse name so do we have to send 2 different online application form for the same? Or is one form enough?
2. As I am married now I want to put my Husband's indian permanenet address in my passport too. Can I do that? If so what documents do I need to send from here. As I never stayed there I dont have my name even in the ration card.
3. Can I send both the spouse name addition and the miscellaneous services applicationg together? if so, should i write my new permanent address in the address to be printed in the passport section of the online application form.
4.How much time will the name addition to the passport take? We r travelling to India on end of dec... so I need my passport before that.
