Letter sent to dhs/cbp sbu - december 2009

Good afternoon

In the middle of December 2009 I had to send a letter including the green cards that are attached to your passport on entry into the USA as the Virgin Personnel did not remove them from my husband and my passports when we were travelling home from a holiday in Florida on 5 December 2009 from Orlando to Manchester, UK. I have not heard anything back as yet and I am getting a bit anxious as I am travelling again to Florida in March 2010. Can you please direct me to the correct area to phone as I cannot find this on the website.
