  • Ever lasting consular processing

    Hello Sir or Madam,

I am Katanga, a selectee for DIV 2019.The interview already took place but my
case is very similar to the one of people who had never been interviewed: I
am on administrative processing for over six months now.

How that is possible...? Well even though I read on the net that after
submitting all documents at KCC and bringing the necessary to the consulate,
the interview itself is a kind of self going, my master degree was kept as
they said for education checking. After two weeks I was called for the second
interview and had to bring a copy of my high school degree. It was already
noticed to have become blur over time at the first interview and the officers
said I have to ask for a new one from my home country: I protested I had
tried to do so many times over the years and had to give up because of
administrative difficulties or lack of time to complete the process. The
remark was also made I had after high school two diplomas from different
universities in home country and abroad, and the admission to those studies
could not be made without the general certificate of education in
question. They insisted saying it was needed for the archive and documentation
of my case. Many months and lot of money went away to get a certificate
confirming I have a high school degree that I presented at the third
interview three weeks ago.Upon collecting it the consulate took the
corresponding transcript i have always have and decided to check as again,
    what is till going on.

The medical turned off two weeks ago and the feeling since the unexplained
requests of checking almost every education record becomes stronger that it
is a kind of "go away and no longer bother me".Given your experience I need
your opinion and advice on the case. It's just four months left now; the new
checking of the certificate I have submitted could take months and and least
a few weeks should be planned after visa approvation because of other
formalities before and at entering, and the new medical coul take one month
to six weeks: in september the case would be simply dropped and I could do
    nothing against.

Please tell me about the fees to process the case and your general opinion
    about it.
    Best regards
    Leoh

Congratulations. What changed in the last 6 months that resulted in approval?
      --Good luck--
Good luck. I learned the hard way, I hope you don't have to. Immigration is interesting. Not considered as legal advice.
