Hi,
I'm a lawful permanent resident (green card holder) and I filed form I-130 for my spouse, in January 2019.
My husband already stays in USA on H1B visa, and he recently filed for form I-485 (Adjustment of status), I-131 (Application for travel document) and I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization). He has received appointment for Biometrics, 2 weeks from now.
My question is,
1. What are the next steps after his Biometrics appointment is done?
2. How long before he gets his green card?
3. When will his Employment Authorization card and Travel document arrive?
Any help, advice or suggestion is appreciated. Thank you in advance!
