My parents filed for my sister F1 visa ( unmarried daughter of US citizen above age 21 currently living in India ), Her priority date is Dec 2012. Based on the August Visa bulletin they are processing March 2013 now? Does this mean we should get the email from Visa center soon? or we need to still wait ? Sorry if this was addressed some where else already. Thank you
