Police Clearance Certificate

Hello,

I have live in Saudi Arabia for 6 years in the past as well as 7 months in Canada.

I now live in Pakistan and just got an email from NVC that my case is in process and i need to submit the relevant documents and fill out DS 260.

Having tried by many ways i am unable to get Police Clearance Certificate from Saudi Arabia & Canada, the only document left

Please guide what should i do. Thanks !

I am uploading my brother's document . I completed DS-260. They always stay in Pakistan . Do they need a police certificate ?
