I am F-1 student visa here in OHIO. there is a felony burglary charge 4th degree, it is a totally misunderstading.After pre-trial, the case went to " call of the prosecutor", which my lawyer told me, it is considered as dismissed, but charge will still pend on me for a year. this summer I am thinking about going back China.
My first question is that gonna be a problem when I renew my student visa?(it get expired at later June)
My second question is what if I choose come back United State before the visa I have right now get expired , are the immigration officers gonna refuse me reentry in US at the airport? if they do, is there anything I can do like ( paper work or explaining) to show them and let them change mind?
