i am an indian citizen and have just started working in singapore after returning from the US for family reasons.
1. do i have to return to India for processing of my approved US immigration petition (this was based on employment, not family/marriage)- or can i apply at a us consulate in singapore? i cannot remain in India because of medical reasons- the kind of care i need is not available there as yet.
2. also i was born in dubai- can i apply from there even though i don't live there or have UAE citizenship?
