Hi
I am a US citizen. I am applying for my husband for immigrant visa. His paper work reached upto NVC. Now the question is to make the mailing process fast, as he needed to send his DS230 , can he fillout and sign the form and send it through the person who is coming to US instead of sending it by post.And from here I can post to NH. Can he do like that.
