Good Day folks! I just have some inquiries if anybody here has any idea. We paperfiled my kids petitions for consular processing(CR2 category) and we just received the notice of action in mail and contains access codes for creating a uscis online account. The receipt tho starts with IOE even we paperfiled those petitions. Why they gave us ioe numbers? How do we check the processing time for those I-130s?
