Hello Guys, I am currently processing with NVC and submitting my documents. Is a Memorandum of Marriage okay or do I need to submit Marriage Certificate. I have seen people getting RFEs for not submitting memorandum of marriage. Or is it a safe bet to submit both the documents in a single pdf. Thanks!
