Hi All,
I am planning to get married in June'2010. My spouse is a US citizen & would be petitioning on my behalf. Hence. I am in the process of filling the I-130, G325A, DS-230(Part I & II) & I-864 for my CR1 Visa. Just, so that we have all the required forms & documents ready for the IV process. However, I have a couple of concerns..
1. While sending I-130 form, how many G-325A forms should be sent(is it 4 each per person)?
2. There are numerous fields in these forms where space provided is insufficient. Can I attach an additional response sheet for those items & mark the field as "Response Sheet Attached" in the form?
3. What does a "Certified Copy" mean? Can we submit notarized photocopy of the original document? or should we submit the original documents(Eg: police certificate, birth certificate.)??
