I filled l-130 for single adult daughter. My case is in California Service Center. The frame time to process my case is 6 years or when visa is available. In the Texas Service Center is only 8 - 10.5 months! Already I has been waiting 2 years. Can I change my case from California to Texas service center? Someone know something I can do to make this process faster? Please, help! She is my only daughter we separated 4 years ago. I'm American citizen now. But this did not help me yet.
