Hello,
I am an American Citizen and am in the process of applying for my spouse. He was an exchange student in the US, and as a result, had to complete a 2 year home presence requirement. My questions is, does he have to prove that BEFORE we move forward? Or does he just need to prove that at the interview? I'm not really sure how to do that.
