Hello,
I am a citizen of the USA but my daughter goes to school with quite a few Illegal Immigrants that area frightened about their future. They are good students, high grades, honor classes and have never been in trouble. They were brought here by their parents and have no idea how to obtain a legal status. They want to go to college but their parents have them convinced that if they try or seek help the whole family will be deported. I am trying to find someone to help them figure out if they have a chance to improve their status. Can you point out some agencies that might help? Our local agency told them nothing that helped and only furthered their anxiety. Anything you can tell me would be helpful. Thanks.
