Info with reference to USA MRV

Hi... I have a question with reference to USA MRV Fee Deposit Slip (HDFC
Appointment Receipt).

The issue is my Surname was mispelled/misprinted on the USA MRV Fee
deposit slip....

Could you please let me know is it ok ... or we have to get that correct?

If yes, what the procedure for getting it done.

Need information on HDFC MRV slips

Hi,

I have purchased MRV slip for Student visa and later got a job in US through my Company. Now that to apply for L-1 Visa, do I need to buy another HDFC MRV slip or can I use the old one or get the old one exchanged? It would be great if somebody could answer my question?
